Terms & Conditions

Prices

All the items displayed on our website exclude VAT and all prices are shown in pounds sterling.

We have a minimum order of aprox £30.00.

Opening Hours

We are open from Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm, Friday 9am-3pm. You are welcome to visit our Warehouse Monday-Thursday 9.30am-3pm, Friday 9.30am-2pm.

Delivery

Randall Ribbons deliver worldwide and your order will be dealt with in 2 – 14 days.

When items are out of stock, your order will be dispatched without them and they will follow as soon as they are available.

Returns and Refunds Policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your goods purchased from our website, you may return your goods to us in their original condition within 28 days and we will provide you with a full refund.

Any Special offer items are non refundable.

Randall Ribbons reserves the right to change our product specifications and prices at any time.

Payment

Randall Ribbons accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Switch and Solo credit / debit cards.

VAT/Tax

Any customers in the EU who can provide us with a valid VAT/Tax number will be refunded and VAT/Tax paid.
